PALATE - Polished and Structured
Melissa’s Mourvèdre-heavy blend shows a medium body, bold savory structure, and bright aromatic lift. The texture is silky and balanced through the mid-palate, carrying into a long, moderate finish with lingering warmth. Bold and balanced with an edge, the 2023 Member’s Only is structured yet approachable, making it an ideal pairing for lighter fare.
