NOSE - Loads of Dark Fruit and Sweet Spices
Loads of dark fruit aromas, think Razzleberry pie, and sweet baking spices are the first notes out of the glass. Sweet aromas lift the wine’s fruit aromatics from becoming too dark and ripe. The nose is warm and inviting, with an oak influence that enhances the fruit without overpowering it.
PALATE - Balanced and Ready to Enjoy
Acid and tannins mingle well, creating a very balanced mid-palate that just begs you to drink it now. Dark cocoa powder and toasty oak notes are warm and inviting, lingering on long after the finish. The finish is long, but not aggressive. Quarry Butte is blended to evolve, showing immediate approachability but promising further development over time. Perfect for any situation or celebration.
