This Syrah has a long finish with soft, velvety tannins and a supple amount of acidity making this wine elegantly approachable and gracefully ready to share. Syrah loves the grill, so get fired up with some seared lamb chops or dive in by pairing it with cedar plank salmon rubbed with brown sugar soy sauce rub. Give Jet Black a good decant and enjoy.
