Our hand-picked Viognier grapes are whole-cluster pressed, then moved directly to stainless steel for fermentation. There the finished wine is aged Sur Lie for two months. This richly textured Rhone varietal is medium straw in color and expresses aromatic notes of mango, white peach, melon, and honeysuckle with a hint of exotic perfume on the nose. Bright, clean, and fruit-forward, you’ll find flavors of peach, tangerine, puff pastry, and starfruit that coat the palate. This is followed by just the right amount of acidity to keep the finish long-lasting and balanced. This wonderful Rhone white is delicate yet expressive, and pairs well with many dishes. Pairs with rosemary and orange zest roasted quail or go bold and pair with a mild, creamy curry dish.
