Our Grenache is grown high on top of Destiny Ridge where a constant breeze from the Columbia River helps mitigate the intense heat of the Horse Heaven Hills, thickens the skins of the grapes, and allows for optimal ripeness and complexity. The gorgeous garnet color present in the glass leads to aromatics of red raspberry, currant, cherry, and crushed herbs, which is complemented by a nuance of peppery spice. On the palate, you’ll find a lovely medium-bodied red that tantalizes the taste buds. Opulent flavors of strawberry, cranberry, cherry, blueberry, and subtle baking spice are balanced out by clean acidity. Make your taste buds sing by pairing a glass with a slow-roasted, mustard-glazed lamb chop. Recommending to cellar for the next 5-8 years.
